Our approach

Flexible Model for GCCs

For companies that eventually want to own and run their India GCC independently, we offer a flexible Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The BOT model is ideal if you want to eventually own your GCC but prefer to mitigate risks early on. Harjai essentially incubates your India center — you get to step in and assume control once it’s stable, staffed, and running optimally. Think of it as starting with a partner and ending with your own captive center, with no disruption in between.

Build

Harjai GCC builds your operation from scratch – we set up the legal entity, infrastructure, and hire your team, establishing the center according to your specifications.

Operate

We operate the GCC for an agreed period (typically a few years). During this phase, our team manages all aspects of the center (HR, finance, operations, IT support, etc.), meeting predefined performance metrics and goals. You get the benefit of an experienced operational team running things efficiently.

Transfer

When you’re ready to take the reins, we transfer the entire GCC to you. This includes transitioning all contracts, knowledge, and management responsibilities to your organization. We ensure a smooth handover, with training and transition support, so that your now-established GCC becomes an integral part of your company.
